These improvements were measured using the RCADs (Revised Child Anxiety and Depression Scale), a trusted tool for understanding how young people are feeling beneath the surface.
What stood out most was the progress made by students who practiced breathwork regularly—their scores even dropped below the clinical range for anxiety and depression. The experience itself was also well-received: every single participant enjoyed the way sessions were delivered, and nearly 80% said they’d recommend it to a friend. It’s a powerful reminder of how consistent, supportive practices can create real change.
