Meet Bethany, mother of 3. a passionate sound healer and breathwork coach based between Ontario and Mexico. With extensive training in sound therapy—working with Tibetan and quartz crystal sound bowls—I blend ancient traditions with modern neuroscience to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
My approach focuses on rewiring the brain’s stress responses through sound and breath techniques, fostering mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical health. I’ve completed advanced training in transformational breathwork through programs like Alchemy of Breath, Soma Breathwork, and 9D Breathwork—the “Ferrari” of breathwork—guiding powerful journeys of healing and self-discovery.
In January of 2021, I attended a workshop at a holistic wellness expo in Mexico that changed the trajectory of life. I was shown the transformative power of sound and breathe. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in learning and sharing these tools, helping others access their subconscious, release trapped emotions, and create lasting change.

Honey’s Journey
My sidekick in this work? Honey—my calm, loving companion who was once living on the streets of Mexico when we found each other. She’s my furry zen master, always spreading good vibes, reminding us to slow down, and making everyone feel instantly at home. Sometimes I call her my sweet little Mexican Honey. She was the runt of her litter, begging alongside her siblings under the mango trees, goats roaming nearby, tail wagging with more hope than strength. When I first saw her, she rushed toward me, her tail wagging so much that she almost lost her balance, and we formed an unbreakable bond. These days, Honey sometimes joins our 9D private sessions, gently holding space and offering her soft, grounding energy to clients. She’s more than a pet—she’s a healer in her own right, a reminder of resilience, love, and the power of being seen 🍯🐝
